Originally from Orlando, FL, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in December of 2006. I started my computer repair business back in the summer of 2003 at first to supplement my income while I was taking a full load of classes at UNCW. I used to work as a subcontractor for QualxServ who, in turn is a contractor for Dell, to do hardware replacements/repair for businesses as well as residential customers whose computers were still under warranty. During my time there before I moved from Wilmington to the High Point, I became Dell Certified with over 25 different Dell certifications.
Another reason behind me starting my business is I am tired of seeing these local computer repair rip-off's charging out of site prices ($55-$95/hr) to fix minor problems plus an up-front $40-$60 for a diagnosis. I mainly cater to residential customers with occassional small businesses peppered in the mix. I invite you to look at my Rates page, shop around and compare my prices to those of other local computer repair businesses and you will see that I am the cheapest, but I also won't rip you off. I work full-time for the school system and work on computers in my spare time for some extra money and because I just like doing it; it's my passion, so I'm not in this for the money nor am I trying to make a killing like these other companies are.
