All items for sale are guranteed against DOA, but if for some reason the part you purchased doesn't work when you receive it, I will take it back and refund your money, less the original shipping charges. We can either mail your purchased items to you, or you can pick them up from us locally during our normal business hours. Shipping rates will vary from item to item depending on size/weight and where you live, but I will only ship domestically and rates will be provided once you express an interest in purchasing an item.
