All of our services are backed with a 100%, complete satisfaction guarantee. This means that if for some reason we failed to fix something we thought we had fixed, then we will fix it again free of charge. We will even take it a step further and say that if for some reason it starts doing the same thing that we've fixed within 2 (two) weeks of the appointment, we will also fix it again free of charge.
Additionally, we do not charge a diagnosis fee in most cases. As long as you allow me to fix your computer after I have diagnosed the problem, then there will be no fee, otherwise the fee will be $25. For instance - if I diagnose your computer as having a hardware failure and your computer is still under the manufacturer's hardware waranty and you want to send it to them to get the faulty part replaced, then you would owe $25 for our diagnosis. |
