All of my services are backed with a 100%, complete satisfaction guarantee. This means that if for some reason I failed to fix something that I thought I had fixed, then I will come back out and fix it free of charge. I will even take it a step further to say that if for some reason your computer starts doing the same thing that I had fixed within 2 weeks of the appointment, I will also fix it free of charge.
Additionally, I do not charge you $40 - $60 to diagnose a computer's problems like every other place does; in fact, I don't charge anything in most cases. If your computer is under waranty, for example, and you need me to determine whether say your hard drive is messed up and you will send off your computer to get it fixed, then my assessment fee will be a flat $20.00 (for one hour of service). And finally, if for some reason I say I just can't fix it, then you won't have to pay anything at all.
