Personal/Student rates are as follows:
I charge $20.00/hr. with no charge to pick up/deliver the computer(s). There is also a 4 hour price cap on labor for a single computer, so any labor that goes past 4 hours will be free and this will give you assurance that you will never get a big bill from me. Also, no work will be performed on your computer unless you give consent.
Additionally, University of Greensboro (UNCG), High Point University (HPU), Greensboro College and all other University or Community college students get 25% off labor every time. Not just your first bill.
Most normal, home PC problems usually take, on average, an hour to fix.

Cash is the preferred method of payment, but I know some people, including myself, don't carry that much cash. So, I will take checks as well as all major credit/debit cards (done securely through PayPal via the "Pay Now" link). Anyone who has done any business on eBay will have experience with PayPal.
